ARTISTIC APPROACH

My works evoke the fragility of balance, the permeability to influences and the interconnectivity between human beings, technological development and nature. Through a dialogue between analog and digital visual languages, I reflect on how, where and with what attitude we invest ourselves in this world. While technological advancements seem to develop faster than our ability to analyze the whole, what do we choose to identify with? Through my works I highlight the ephemeral and unfathomable nature of the human being, the space that holds beings and things and the interstices it conceals, between simplicity and complexity. I am interested in the links between people, in our propensity to unite or divide. I am interested in our current era, in the challenge of renewal that looms in the face of new conditions putting our species in a situation of precariousness, of reinvention. In this whirlwind, I am interested in our propensity for paradoxes and the exploration of silence, breathing, introspection and that of paradoxes and chaos. The entry, the acceptance of the whole and the dance of life that this exploration requires, nourishes my research.
